We provide free estimates for all our services. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen complications discovered during the work.

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Any changes to the original scope of work will be discussed with you and require your approval before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend work until payment is made.

Once work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed and materials used up to the point of cancellation.

Warranty and Guarantees

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will assist you with any manufacturer warranty claims as needed.

Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, damage to landscaping in the work area, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed before work begins.

Property Access

By hiring our services, you grant us permission to access your property as needed to complete the work. This includes bringing equipment, materials, and crew members onto your property during normal business hours or as otherwise agreed upon.
